2.2 We offer four plans:

Free Plan: Basic access to our services with limited features.
Monthly Plan 1: "Bronze" $6.99/month, includes additional features beyond the free plan.
Monthly Plan 2 "Silver": $8.99/month, includes all features of Monthly Plan 1 plus more.
Monthly Plan 3 "Gold": $13.99/month, includes all features of Monthly Plan 2 and the most comprehensive set of features.

3. Data Security and Privacy
3.1 We prioritize the security of your data and do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds are only applicable to the most recent subscription payment.

8.2 In no event shall URC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
Any content obtained from the service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Modifications to the TOS
9.1 URC Group, LLC reserves the right to adjust or modify these TOS at any time.

9.2 Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
